Diane Gorrow has practiced with Soule, Leslie, Kidder, Sayward & Loughman, P.L.L.C. for over 27 years and is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Most of Diane’s practice involves representing towns and school districts. Diane’s experience includes the full range of matters the firm handles which include annual meetings, constitutional law, Right-To-Know Law issues, employee matters, student matters, discrimination law, land use, and abatements. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts which include Superior Courts, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Diane was the first member of her family to attend college. She received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 1982, graduating with a 4.0. Diane graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1987. Following law school, Diane spent a year as a law clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court before joining the firm. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Municipal Law Section; American Bar Association; International Municipal Lawyers Association; New Hampshire Council of School Attorneys; National School Boards Association; Council of School Attorneys; New Hampshire Municipal Lawyers Association; and Greater Salem Bar Association.
In her spare time, Diane hikes with her Bernese Mountain Dog, enjoys paddle boarding and kayaking (without her Bernese who is too big for the paddle board or kayak), gardening and working in her yard. She is a member of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Nashoba Valley.
Diane is a passionate Patriots season ticket member. Neither weather nor late nights deter her from attending home games. Her family and friends quickly discover you don’t call her when she is watching any Patriots game.
