David W Sayward was very attentive and caring during a difficult time. I was needing legal advice and needed to file paperwork with the courts ASAP and he and his assistant Allie came through!! I will be honest with you I just googled family lawyers in Salem and I just choose this law firm and I am so glad I choose this one! I walked in the day before New Years Eve and David was the only one in the office and he took the time to sit down and talk with me. Even texted me that evening and called me on New Years Day. During my ex and my split up, I was denied seeing my daughter. Attorney Muir was the only attorney who seemed to genuinely care, out of the many I contacted. After our initial call, I went into his office and from there he was diligent and hit the ground running on my case. Lines of communication were always open and he helped me gain a parenting plan that allowed and established my rights as a father as well as a consistent schedule where I have my daughter half of the week.
