School Law
Lewis Soule’s practice in School and Municipal Law began in 1955. Since our firm’s formation over 60 years ago, we have maintained a deep commitment to helping guide New Hampshire’s school districts and towns through the most complex of legal issues. Approximately 75% of our firm’s practice is based around representing New Hampshire’s school districts and towns. From basic legal questions and guidance to multi-million dollar contract disputes and litigation, our firm has taken on every legal issue your school district is likely to face. Our deep commitment to New Hampshire schools is evident through our long list of legal cases our firm has tried over the last 60 years. We provide services on employment law issues, the Affordable Care Act, zoning and subdivision law, special education, collective bargaining, and a multitude of other issues. We have a deep passion for this area of the law, and we believe it shows through our results and our client satisfaction.
