Craig T. McMahon

Craig maintains a varied civil litigation practice, including within New Hampshire's probate courts, and also assists clients with their real estate matters.  Whether inside or outside of the courtroom, Craig maintains a results-driven approach, striving to provide his clients with efficient, practical solutions to their matters.

 

His past work has included representing the interests of minors harmed by State action, advising fiduciaries like guardians and trustees in the exercise of their duties, and assisting entities obtain insurance coverage in the context of environmental contamination remediation, in addition to regularly appearing before the New Hampshire Supreme Court for appellate representation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Craig had the privilege of working with New Hampshire Legal Assistance on secondment, defending indigent clients facing eviction from their homes.  Craig's commitment to seeking and obtaining justice for under-served communities led to his election as a member of NHLA's Board of Directors, a role in which he has served since 2022. 

 

Craig joined the firm in 2026, having previously practiced as a sole practitioner and in a medium-sized New Hampshire firm.  He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a Daniel Webster Scholar and licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.  Craig completed his undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston University, where he was a varsity member of the school's track and field and cross country teams.

 

When not practicing law, Craig spends his time with his wife and twin daughters, who do everything in their power to make sure Dad stays busy!
