Owen R. Graham

Owen received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University (B.A., 2011) and his law degree from the Franklin Pierce School of Law at the University of New Hampshire (J.D., 2015).  During law school, Owen participated in the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program and served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of New Hampshire Law Review.  Following law school, he worked for 10 years at two large New Hampshire firms focusing on civil litigation, employment law, and government investigations.  Owen joined the firm in 2026.

 

Owen represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of civil litigation matters.  He also practices in the areas of school law and municipal law.  Owen regularly represents clients before the state and federal courts of New Hampshire, as well as various New Hampshire administrative agencies.  Owen is also admitted to practice before the First Circuit Court of Appeals.  His past work has included advising employers and employees in disputes concerning restrictive covenant agreements, representing parties in real estate disputes (including tax abatement appeals, easement cases, and property transactions gone wrong), aiding individuals and entities in the enforcement of contractual obligations, and counseling and appearing on behalf of school districts and municipalities.

 

When not at the office, Owen enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.  Owen is also a former collegiate runner, and enjoys continuing to stay active by running, hiking, rowing, skiing, and chasing his children around the house and yard.
